All native and rock oysters are sourced directly from the world famous Fal estuary fishery in Cornwall. Choose from a selection of dressings, sides and extras

Prices start from £975 + VAT
This includes: 100 oysters, shallot dressing, full set up, staff, 3 hours service

Extra items are charged at an additional cost. Items include:

  • Pickled cucumber and caviar oyster dressing

  • Roasted scallops in the shell, seaweed butter

  • Pot of cockles

  • Pot of Cornish seaweed salad (Ve)
